The BS30-09-37 concrete pump is used for conveying mortar in high-rise buildings, and is also used for support lining of tunnels and underground projects, surface spraying of structures, and reinforcement construction. It can realize long-distance and high-rise pumping of mortar, fine stone concrete and foam concrete. The distribution valve adopts advanced S-pipe valve with good sealing performance. The spectacle plate and floating cutting ring are made of carbide, which has high strength and wear resistance, long life and is easy to replace. The cutting ring adopts an automatic compensation gap mechanism. The control method uses electrical and hydraulic combined control, with complete electrical and hydraulic overload protection and instrument display systems; it has reverse pump operation function; the pumping speed can be adjusted to meet the needs of various working conditions. The centralized lubrication system automatically controls start, stop and operating time by programs, effectively extending the service life of transmission parts. The protection level of electrical components reaches IP65. It is controlled by PLC and works reliably. The control circuit is simple. The electrical box is equipped with a wireless remote control. The main seals use PARKER high-quality seals.
