The JPW series mobile inspection well and drainage pipe lining mortar spraying machine mixing system is equipped with a metering and stable pressure water supply system, an automatic quantitative feeding mechanism, separate dry and wet mortar isolation areas, and a continuous mixer with a modular dual-shaft structure. The mixing body is made of non-metallic materials, which has the characteristics of pressure resistance, anti-rust, and noise elimination. Through automatic and reasonable distribution of mortar feeding and water consumption, the consistency does not fluctuate and the mixing is uniform. It is used for bagged ready-mixed mortar, and can also be directly connected to the mortar storage barrel. It is equipped with moving wheels for ground movement.
The application fields include in-situ centrifugal spraying repair (CCCP) of trenchless pipeline linings, wall surface coating and finishing, mortar transportation, pressure grouting and other various engineering construction projects.
